Our AI consulting and advisory work is backed by a working engineering practice. We design, build and operate production software, applied AI, security infrastructure and data systems, to the standard institutions require. The platforms already in production span very different industries; the capability behind them is specific to none of them.

What follows is not a product catalogue. It is the engineering that underpins the systems we have delivered, in areas as different as security and compliance, commerce, sales intelligence, scientific publishing and search. None of it is particular to those sectors. It is the standard we would bring to a mandate in yours.

Applied AI, in production

Systems that reason, act and improve under real load, not demonstrations.

We build agentic AI that goes well beyond a single prompt: multi-step reasoning that calls live tools, works from primary sources, and grounds every conclusion in verifiable evidence. We run our own fine-tuned models on dedicated infrastructure behind a private inference gateway, and fail over across a fleet of frontier models without changing application logic. The same architecture that qualifies markets in one sector classifies, drafts and decides in another, improving continuously from the decisions its operators make.

Security in the foundation

Cryptographic assurance, keyless access and continuous scrutiny, by default.

Every consequential action is recorded to a tamper-evident, cryptographically signed ledger that cannot be forged, including by an administrator. We operate inside client cloud environments without holding a credential, through short-lived, hardware-signed federated identity. Passwordless authentication, encryption at rest, malware inspection on every upload, and continuous scanning of code, dependencies and cloud posture are part of the foundation, not additions after the fact.

Resilient by construction

Distributed by design, correct under load, safe under failure.

Our platforms coordinate across many machines with atomic, fail-open logic: when a dependency degrades, the system steps down to a safe mode rather than stopping. Long-running work runs on durable pipelines that survive crashes and restarts, recover stalled jobs, and do not silently lose results. Real-time streaming, exactly-once processing and multi-region data residency are standard, at any scale.

Document and data intelligence

Precision where precision is hardest.

We take on the problems most teams avoid: editing the most complex documents without loss, applying thousands of changes as fully tracked revisions while guaranteeing that not a character of meaning is altered. We turn large volumes of operational data into governed, queryable intelligence, and consolidate signals from across an organisation into a single, auditable record, whatever form the source material takes.

Built to connect

Integrated with the systems you already run.

Payments, CRM, telephony and messaging, email, search and analytics: our platforms interoperate with the systems an institution already depends on, through an adapter architecture in which a new integration is a configuration, not a rebuild. Webhooks are signed, financial events are reconciled exactly once, and every connection is isolated to its owner.

Rigour from commit to production.

Nothing reaches production untested. Quality is enforced by automated evaluation gates that block regressions, benchmarks that run on a schedule, and zero-touch deployments that verify their own health and roll back automatically at the first sign of trouble. Everything is observed and traced. The standard does not change with the client.

None of this is specific to a single product or sector; it is how we build, and it applies directly to yours.
